    Our policy allows refunds exclusively in the form of store credits for items bought from our website. These credits are usable towards future purchases.

    Store credits do not have an expiration date and can be applied to any item available on our website.

    Photo ID Verification:

    For every transaction, we require photo ID verification.

    The provided photo ID must match the billing address listed on your account.

    In case of a mismatch, you will be issued store credits for the transaction.

    Shipment Address:

    The shipment address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

    Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before completing the purchase.

    Exchange:

    We do not offer direct exchanges for purchased items.

    Cancellation:

    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Please read carefully before purchasing any pre-order item.

All pre-order items are made to order and are final sale.

• Pre-order dates listed on product pages are estimated arrival and shipping timeframes only and are not guaranteed. These dates may change due to production timelines, manufacturer delays, holidays, customs clearance, or high-volume order periods (including promotional sales).

• Expedited or next-day shipping does not affect pre-order production timelines. Shipping speed applies only after the item has completed production and is ready to ship.

• No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted on pre-order items once an order has been placed.

• If a customer requests to cancel a pre-order, store credit may be issued at our discretion only. Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

• We strongly advise not purchasing pre-order items if you have a specific “need-by” date. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and delivery timeline.

• Orders placed during major sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, sitewide promotions, etc.) may require additional processing time.

By placing a pre-order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that production timelines are estimates and waives the right to file chargebacks or payment disputes related to delays occurring within the stated estimated timeframe.

By completing checkout on a pre-order item, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

 

 

 

ORDER VERIFICATION & HIGH-RISK ORDERS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to verification issues.

All orders flagged for additional verification must be fully completed before an order is finalized and approved for shipment.

• We do not reserve or hold inventory, sizes, or products until an order has passed final verification.

• Submitting identification or receiving an automated message that an ID has been accepted does not mean the order is fully verified. Final approval is completed only after our team manually reviews and confirms the order.

• If an order is flagged as high risk, we may request additional documentation, including but not limited to identification and proof of payment.

• Delays in responding to verification requests may result in the item becoming out of stock. ShopFranki is not responsible for inventory loss due to delayed or incomplete verification.

• If an item becomes out of stock during the verification process, alternative options will be offered, which may include:

Exchanging for another available size or color

Placement on a restock list (if applicable)

Issuance of store credit, at our discretion

• No refunds will be issued for orders affected by verification delays or inventory availability.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all verification requirements and understands that inventory is not secured until final verification is completed.
